I spoke to several reputable shops when looking to have the rod bearings replaced on my M3. Within 5 minutes of speaking to Phil, I knew this was the right place to get it done, and the experience didn't disappoint. The team at CPC demonstrated deep knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism. My car was looked after quickly and to a high standard. If you want someone to hide your car's faults for a tenner, look elsewhere, but if you want a competent team looking after your BMW, this is the right place.

If you own a BMW, or any car in fact, take your pride and joy to these guys. These are not your usual techs, these chaps are engineers and passionate ones to say the least. Always looking to save the customer money without compromising on quality. Forget main dealers, I'd rather buy a car that has been well maintained by a reputable garage that is known for their technical expertise.

Had a problem with my E92 M3 driver seat where the lumber and bolsters would not work. Phil figured out the problem within 20 mins. The parts would have cost me in the excess of £500, however Phil fixed the issue permanently and cost a fraction of the price.

Don't waste your time with other garages....Get it right first time and go to CPC.

This is now the only garage that I take my car to for major work. It's quite clear that both Phil and Mike are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them for any job on a BMW, especially for anything unusual or tricky.

I've been here twice, once for shock absorber replacement and another time for EGR valve and glow plugs. Both times the work has been perfect and up to a high standard. Phil was able to modify the glow plug wiring (instead of ordering a new loom and controller from BMW), saving me over £400!

Customer service appalling , fed constant conflicting excuses , when we could actually get through to garage as to why our car was not ready , we had to call them to find out why they hadn’t been in touch. Didn’t return our calls. 5 day delay in getting car back.
Garage tried to get us to agree they needed to take gear box out after it had been booked in for an oil leak - lie told to us as to why this was necessary.
Turns out after more than 20 calls chasing them they had put a hole in gear box themselves they had used incorrect size bolts when fixing another part causing our car not to starting after they had ‘fixed ‘ the original oil leak. Great confusion and delay at their end as to what could possibly be causing the car that worked when we dropped it off now not to work- turns out they don’t check their work, and tried to pass it off as one of those things.
Car returned in disgraceful condition , under bonnet cases cracked, bolts missing , absolute disgrace. Lack of knowledge, integrity and honesty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid CPC Performance Engineering. Booked our X5 in to undergo diagnosis for what seemed to be a transmission issue. Technician test drove and the office called my wife to advise that the track control arms needed replacing. We authorised the £900 cost but once we collected the car the issue remained. When I called back to challenge why the issue was unresolved the technician advised that this was never going to resolve the problem because they believed it was an issue with the transfer box. I was clearly unhappy that they had not at any stage advised the £900 worth of work was not going to resolve the problem. The illusive Phil (owner/manager) was going to call me. I chased multiple times over a number of weeks and the only returned call i received was when i had already advised i would be in a meeting and unable to pick up. In my opinion CPC Performance Engineering encapsulates the murky side of auto servicing and should be avoided. Following this I took the car to BMW Tring who diagnosed the issue swiftly and it was resolved for less than £200.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They are an absolute joke, by husband had to take his car back 3 times and each time it came back with issues... No customer service what so ever, no one answers the phone or relays messages on, they charge you a bomb on labour but work is not completed properly, they fitted our tyres incorrectly, instead of fitting the rear they replaced the front... I don't write reviews normally but please save yourself from the ordeal we've had to deal with and the money wasted. This place shouldn't even get a star.

Just want to say thank you to Phil and the team at CPC. I had been failed by two garages prior, then found CPC on the web. They diagnosed and fixed the issue on my BMW 116i. Anyone having oil pressure light coming on , on a BMW N43 engine - go to these guys they are BMW specialists - real professionals and very reasonable. So impressed by the outcome, happy to travel back and have my future service done at CPC
