Fantastic service and super efficient!

Firstly i had issues with a old fiesta countless journeys with little or no change to vehicle running ,secondly and more seriously replaced car with caddy maxi van which i accept do drop injectors , which was changed the surcharge unit disapeared costing me the surcharge fee £65 !was instructed ok to drive to his workshop for the convienant ongoing issues , after contacting vw absolutly do not drive was there advice so there began 3or4 trailer hires and journey thinking all his jolly chat and years of knowing him hed fix it ? I had to walk away when others were getting involved signalling he obvoiusly didnt have a clue wat he was doing with it . As the vw technical download showed in no uncertain terms massive ecu confusion due to his inncorrect inputs n below grade equipment also couldnt access ecu properly as wrong software . I would advise any unfixed first visit issue is taken straight to main dealer or just go there first . My opinion is he either stretches jobs out to bump bill up or sadly really is just changing oil n filters ect and the rest is just too much for his skills set or equipment standards . It is like a scrapyard afterall eh ???? Would you let gypsys fix your car ? Be aware !!
