Auto Windscreens

Got a window chip which got repaired to perfection... and free of charge, whilst I waited for a few minutes.
I've reported the window chip online, even though I did not get an automated appointment, as I was driving past the Auto Windscreens centre, I've requested if I could get it done there, and got it resolved then. Awesome service, I do recommend it!

The admin booking system was a shambles, times changed and confusion over times.
The technician Graeme was great and managed to work out times for me due to issues with the booking time and it was all done within 1.5hrs which was great. The waiting room facility was useful but the drinks machine was not working and given the time it would have been good to have a hot drink.

Great friendly staff - I had the lovely Tom replace my windscreen. Due to the cameras needing to be recalibrated I had to go there rather than them come out to my home. But I was sent several text messages with the time, how long it was going to take, that I needed a full tank and most useful was one going me the directions once I'd entered the industrial estate.
There is a nice and clean waiting area, with decent heating which was a pleasant surprise
Great workmanship and I'm very pleased everything went without a hitch and also less time than originally quoted. Tom was happy to show me where the crack had initially occurred and that I wouldn't have been able to see it
Thoroughly recommend due to being kept informed at all times, going above and beyond sending directions etc and brilliant workmanship.
