On holiday in the area, rear suspension problem. Phoned at 1pm, had car with them by 2pm, ready with new coil spring fitted at 4pm. I may have been lucky that they weren't busy, but this was still excellent service. Would try them first if I have problems again while I'm in the area.

Consistently great service from the team at Henry Jackson - always friendly, happy to help, work undertaken efficiently and without fuss. Prices are as competitive as any other local garage. I really can't fault them. Highly recommend trying them out.

Excellent service when my car recently broke down, fixed the problem quickly, great communication. Would definitely recommend.

Vehicle left garage in worse state than it went in.
Was quoted £600 for new part plus labour, totalling £900.
Part cost £200 when I took vehicle to a reputable garage.
Sadly Henry no longer at garage, just a young guy pushing his luck with dishonesty and poor service.

Went in for an MOT very professional. 1 hour later picked up the car and had passed only needing a £10 wiper blade. Will be coming here for a 3rd time soon with a different car

Well I’ve used a few garages in kendal trying to remain loyal to garages to be then ripped off by them. Was recommended this garage and from the moment I contacted them they were absolutely amazing. Elliott has been so so helpful, fixing problems other garages made, and the communication is amazing. I’ve no luck with cars and to know that mine is in expert hands, and knowing how they pride themselves in customer service is absolutely wonderful. I would give you 10 stars if I could. This is now my garage for my car and couldn’t be any happier. Thanks all of you.

Visiting Kendal and couldn't fuel our vehicle on our way home to North Devon. Popped into the garage and they sorted the problem very quickly. Wouldn't take any money. Thank you gents.

4th time using this garage for MOT or repairs. Always helpful, try to minimise costs to you where possible and complete work as planned. I highly recommend them.
