Bob and Sam are a credit to themselves, they helped me in a very tricky situation where I had broken down and been recovered to St Albans (a city I am not familiar with). I needed to get to Guildford asap for work having already travelled from Lincoln and endured a sleepless night on the roadside waiting for recovery vehicles. Bob went out of his way to come and meet me in the city to look at my broken down vehicle and offered excellent advice and customer service. My vehicle was fixed on the same day which got me out of a very stressfull situation. Both Bob and Sam were incredibly empathetic of my situation and I felt they truly cared about my well being and helping me. I would reccomend them to everyone, my friends who have just moved to the area will be using them going forward for general servicing/mots as well as repairs in the event of breakdowns. On our way to London for a weekend with the grandkids .. fanbelt went on M1 at 8.30a.m. on a busy Friday morning .. managed to wing it into this garage and the very kind man got us on our way within an hour.. what excellent service really restored out faith in human nature.. we went on to enjoy our weekend thanks very much to this lovely man ..
