Nice friendly knowledgeable service and parts personnel. If you have a Bentley, RR or Maserati it's the best place to take your vehicle to. Located not far from Western Ave. Visit the parts department they always have quite a few trinkets to take away after your visit. The workshops are amazing as are the vehicles therein. Ask for a peek

Shockingly bad service. My car arrived back four days late, dirty and inexplicably out of fuel, suggesting that it had done a lot more miles than it should have. Think twice before you buy a Maserati from H.R. Owen. Brilliant car. Terrible aftersales that has spoilt the overall ownership experience for me.

I have used this particular branch a few times now, for a service and a couple of other things. The service I received from collection to drop off was beyond my expectations. Sam has been very helpful throughout in assisting me with any queries, he kept me posted as works were carried out and is always at hand to help. He has helped me get a better understanding of the functions of the car, that I was unaware of. Overall great team!!

I bought a vintage Ferrari here to be serviced. They then proceeded to drill into my petrol tank during the installation of a fire extinguisher and try to say there was a fuel leak and make me pay. Only when I insisted upon inspecting the car did they come clean and admit their mistake. They then installed a timing belt incorrectly caused valves to bend and try to hide their mistake. They refused to accept responsibility and offered me less than 30% of the repair bill for another Ferrari garage to put it right as I would not trust them to do the job. Now I am going to have to take them to court to recover my money despite video and independent evidence being provided to them. If you care about your car do not bring it here. The work you think is being carried out correctly is being rushed and your safety maybe on the line. This dealership is all about the money and anyone that has been to collect their car knows it operates like a supermarket with people in and out and cars off and on ramps. You bring your car to a dealership expecting a luxury service but you will be horribly disappointed. For me and you we are people that are passionate about our cars and we can afford the repair bills so it is not about the money. It’s about integrity and honesty. This is something they nothing about. They have not even apologised. If you do bring them your car and it is damaged or not operating like

Had an Issue with my 2020 Maserati, decided to find a local garage and came across H.R Owen which was conveniently located just around the corner from my work.
The Brake discs and pads needed changing and they booked me in on Thursday 15th of December stating it would take two days to complete the job.
I called them on Friday afternoon and was told i would get a call back, a few hours later i still hadn't had a call back and zero communication from this company so i was without a vehicle and had to book a taxi in the middle of a bus and train strike which added some serious hours to my commute.
The whole weekend I was without a car which of a great inconvenience!
Monday the 19th now and I called them for another update, I was told again someone would call me, guess what!!??!?!? no call till very late in the day and was told my car would be ready on the 20th, just another day delay.
20th arrives and didn't hear anything so thought I would give them a call, my car was not ready, will be ready on the 21st, such a bad experience with this company, do not recommended them at all, if they told to to bring my vehicle in when the parts arrived then that would have been somewhat acceptable..

Great service and super friendly. I had a fob issue and they did it on the spot. Their advisor Samuel Manford who dealt with me was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks guys!!

To get my registration plate wrong was not a good start.
The remedy was first class so cannot be to critical as we are all human.
Hopefully 5* review following my service later this year
