Just wanted to thank Manchetts for their very impressive service. Today I had problems with my car when it would not start, after trying several solutions to solve the problem I was advised by a mechanic to get the car towed, when I called Manchetts they advised me a technician may be able to solve the problem as they had experienced similar problems with cars like mine before. Within 30 minutes a helpful and friendly technician was with me and had the problem diagnosed and sorted within 10 minutes. Would defiantly recommend Manchetts to anyone. 5 star service.

We received an excellent service from the recovery team at Manchetts, following our car breaking down late Sunday evening on Cambridge service area. A courtesy car was even there waiting for us when we arrived at midnight, amazing! We were only a few days till Christmas, and were most grateful for the prompt action in acquiring the parts we needed, and getting us back on the road. Can only say my husbands and my experience was great. Earlier in the year they recovered my car after I hit a pot hole and had two flat tyres and recently my husbands van broke down. Replacement van given whilst work carried out. Service was great and Anne in the office at Burwell was very good.

Dropped my car off on December 2nd to get the oil cooler changed as it was leaking. Was going through a warranty company so I knew It'd take longer but it took 4 weeks! They said the warranty company wanted more pictures so I called them to maybe hurry them up and the warranty company said that they never received any! Finally got the car back and then had a massive coolant leak. Took it back and they said the seals they replaced were incorrectly installed. They changed the seals and now my car won't start at all! There was no communication form the garage the entire time. They constantly told me they'd call me back in an x amount of time and never did! Cost was well over what was quoted as well! Avoid at all costs.

Car was sent there by the RAC, for them to have terrible communication as to progress on the car, me having to call back days/hours after they said they would 'call me back'. For them to then diagnose the problem with the car without actually checking to see if that was correct, quoting me for the part (even though they hadn't checked to make sure), and then when I got fed up enough to take my car back out privately, charged over £40 for 'inspection' that all they did was put the clutch down, see the car didn't move and that was it.
If you want quick, involving customer service, this is not the place to go.

Very poor communication from staff, expensive and poor service generally. Most upsetting - I paid for replacement tires and they put one of them on backwards! Pure carelessness. No response to my e-mail from management. Avoid.

MANCHETTS ARE RIP OF MERCHANT'S. Ok seriously if you need any work on your car by ppl that don't see you as a cash cow go to GTR motor's in littleport. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. MANCHETTS WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING THEY CAN. I got charged £65 for cleaning a washer bottle that they didn't even do.
Edit: now we made a bad review they won't even give us a price for anything. This place is rubbish.

Absolutely amazing service from the team as always! Have used them twice and both times have been really helpful, quick and even fixed issues other garages didn’t even notice! Wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else! Worth every penny. Anne on reception is a superstar! Really patient with me and my numerous (stressed out) phone calls for updates.
