Masters Garage

Brought my car in for a repair and was told that it’s not repairable and needs to be scrapped as it’s an MOT failure. Took it to a different mechanic who fixed it within less than 2 hours. The car passed it’s MOT a few months later, I did almost 10,000 miles since and it’s still driving absolutely fine…

I’m a 60 year old man and can say I have had the best treatment and help with my van that’s been difficult of late - the professionalism and care shown is 2nd to none - I could not recommend enough not only the team at masters but that of John - happy chappy and always wanted to help along with taking ownership of the task in hand - brilliant

We were heading to the airport to fly off for my husbands birthday, when our car decided to give up on the motorway. We rang RAC and luckily Mike came out within 25 minutes. He was unable to fix and wanted to help us sort transport asap so took us to masters garage to sort a hire van. Once there the van hadn’t yet arrived, but John and Lorraine went above and beyond offering help! They managed to get the car in for a quick turnaround, with the mechanic working through his lunch. They provided us coffee while we waited, and even sang my husband happy birthday along with cake!

The car was sorted so quickly, and we were back on the road happy and relaxed. These people were so kind and the service felt so genuine. Thankyou all!
