Tom is very friendly and polite, and efficient with his time.

He repaired my car (starter motor) in 3 hours where another mechanic had quoted up to two days!!

Tom arranged collection of my car next day, had it repaired and ready to be collected that same day, and was very reasonably priced, as well as being fast.

Its good to have found a quality, trustworthy mechanic nearby.

I moved home, needed a new mechanic and found Boud Services through a friend. There were some some fiddly issues to be addressed on my E36 M3 and Tom got straight to work. He was thorough with the diagnosis, explained exactly what work was required and kept me informed through the whole process via text and images. Tom, as always, provided EXCELLENT service. In this instance I had a small problem that needed investigating and resolving. He was thorough, effective and VERY reasonable. Even before I called him, I did not have that feeling of financial terror I would have with a main dealer or other garage. Thoroughly recommend Tom every time!

I've been to many garage's in the past but Tom is by far the best I've been to! Had an issue with my BMW which was rather tricky to nail down. Tom was quick to get the car booked in and locate the issue. Great communication, kept to his word, and extremely honest! Issue fixed and back to enjoying my car. Will be visiting again for services and any other needs! 10/10!

Tom Boud is simply the best. He has regularly serviced my two cars since we have lived in this area over the past twenty or so years. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and in an emergency he will pull out all the stops to sort out whatever problems you may have. His charges are always reasonable and the quality of his work is unquestionably perfect. To top it all, he is a really lovely fellow whose sole aim in life is to provide a first class service for his customers and in my experience he never, ever fails.

Tom did the MOT on my car. It needed a small job doing to pass. Everything was done correctly and was good value too. I will be using him again and recommend him highly.

I live in the area and I've spent a long time reading reviews of car mechanics in the area, especially as I had a car which was off the road for 3 years. I needed someone I could completly trust and not rip me off as I have no idea about cars. After speaking to Tom, I decided to send my car to him to look over it and guide me through what his thoughts were. Tom was completely honest and at no point did I ever doubt his advice or assessment. I would get daily photos as he examined the car and explained his reasoning behind the issues of the part which needed replacing.

I cannot recommend Boud Services highly enough and I firmly believe this has to be the best mechanics in the area. If I could give 10 stars, then Boud Services would definitely get it. Once you try them once, you will not go anywhere else.

Had to use Boud services for a service which was done very quick as well as had the cam belt changed and had to have all 3 of my coils pack changed which were all done in the same day. Very easy to contact and arrange a date to have anything done, was very happy with what Boud services do and they even show you the old part that has been taken out and replaced and what was wrong with the old part.

Would recommend a lot!
