Great service from Chris and the team. Van is running like a dream, and MOT’d for another year now.
Most importantly was the advice given WITHOUT sales pressure, unlike main dealer garages.

A family run business and you can tell by the quality customer care that came with the work carried out on my vehicle at a very reasonable price. Yes, I would recommend and I will be visiting again in the future.

My Rover 75 broke down. Contacted Chris who had the car in. Car was fixed the next day. Really pleased with the how quick the car was fixed. Top service from these guys. Will definitely be using them again

My MG TF left this garage in 2019 after being there for several months for a host of jobs to get the car restored. They totally ripped me off. Charged for work not done and kept parts I purchased and had delivered to them. After I got the car back from them, I discovered some of the issues over the following months. I called them out on it via e-mail and eventually received a circa £650 refund, no apology or explanation. Parts they kept posted back to me only after I complained. E-mails from them marked ‘WITHOUT PREJUDICE’ so they could not be submitted to court in the case of a small claims court case; they clearly have some experience in how to fend off customers who call them out on their rip-offs. After COVID lockdown, I took the car to an MG specialist to have the car sorted properly and its sorted now. In the process of having the car finished, more issues were uncovered which were supposed to have been rectified, and other problems discovered that were caused by Atherstone Garage Service Centre. I wrote to them about it but they fobbed me off. I have photo and video evidence of all the issues. Please take heed of this review and spare yourself a similar experience.

We have used Atherstone Garage Service Centre for some years and Chris, Sue, Shaun and the rest of the team have done a great job of looking after our old battered but much loved Citroën Berlingo. They always let you know what's going on and get the work done quickly, smoothly and at a good price. Our kids love going there and looking at the workshop. We would recommend the business to anyone no matter what make/model of car you have. Great team running a fantastic local business providing professional service at good prices and really friendly too...what more can you want? We'll be using them again in June for MOT/Service and hope the firm goes from strength to strength.
