New Road Service Station

Not happy with the work carried out at all. Not only did they have the car almost half the year, they took over 2 months to notify me I had provided a wrong part, yep over 2 months. And to top it all off I've just found a lazy bodge that definitely is not up to standard, a 12V live cable popped in an oem connector and held in with electrical tape. Your bodge didn't even last a full 50 miles and luckily for you guys even though the car died in a very dangerous spot everyone has made it home safely. It took me 10 seconds to find the problem and a minute to splice in a new connector, so there are absolutely no excuses you can give to justify the level of incompetence shown by the person/s responsible.

I have taken both my cars here and have been given good service and advice each time, can't rate them highly enough tbh.

Took my car in to have the engine bay steam cleaned, lovely staff! Lovely job, they got parts of my engine so clean I didn't know that it wasn't originally black haha

Had my car in and out for months trying to diagnose why my car was losing coolant. Replaced radiator, pipes and other bits coming to well over £1000 and was still losing coolant.
I suggested that it was a head gasket issue and they were adamant it was not. In the end they washed their hands of it and said there was nothing else they could do.
Took it to another garage who diagnosed a head gasket failure within 20 minutes of having it on the ramp.
Nothing more to say except pure incompetence.

Never had any problems here. Recently my engine went and I lost alot of power. Car was still drivable but there was a horrible hissing sound. I'm no expert but knew it had to be something to do with the Turbo.

It was. The connector on the air intake pipe had snapped and they simply fitted a new one. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

An unpretentious establishment which cuts the frills and does an excellent job. On this occasion I needed a minor paint respray on a damaged area of my BMW and the response was top class at reasonable cost. Well done, Brin !
