Always friendly and happy to help here. Have always dropped everything to look at any issue I've had with my car. They possibly aren't the cheapest, although I've never compared with others, but they definitely are the best around.

My car started making a squeaky noise on my way back to work and fortunately I was close to the garage - very first time. Had a look at my car with no appointment and was able to drive home within one hour. Fixed all the annoying noise. Very friendly staff - all family. Found a home for my car.

Can't rate this garage highly enough. I have used them for all my cars over the past 10 years , every time I am met with a smile along with a detailed report of what needed undertaking and future issues that could arise.
Their costs are competitive and work is always done in a decent time frame.

Absolutly brilliant service, Drome booked my little Corsa in straight away and within no time my car was fixed 👍🏼
You will not find a garage full of nicer people than the people at Drome.

So this place was recommended to me by a friend of mine who has been using the garage for many years. I am SO glad she did! I had an issue with my 4 series BMW, and the mechanics Charlie and John were just fantastic in sorting it out. I turned up on the off-chance one afternoon at 5pm, and Charlie test drove the car there and then and was able to partly resolve the issue. I then returned a week later and left the car with them overnight, as they were extremely busy and had kindly squeezed me in which I was very grateful. John then worked on the car and when Keri the very helpful receptionist lady rang me back, she explained how they had resolved the issue and also provided a solution to prevent reoccurrence. She even showed me a video of the actual problem being sorted which was really very helpful. I cannot recommend this garage enough. They were polite and courteous from the minute I stepped in the door, were respectful of my car and me, and rectified the issue with my car very quickly despite being stacked out with other work. SO very grateful and saved me from having to go to the BMW 'stealers' at Canterbury! Work was done at a very fair price as well. A Big thank you to ALL at Drome Garage :):) 🚘.
