My ford focus was not well and I gave up all hope of getting it fixed by different mechanics that just promised me to get parts then not hearing from them . Very happy with my Ford Focus car servicing, the owner is very transparent when suggesting what needs to be replaced and helps avoid buying additional parts that are not required if it can be fixed. Also in the past I got my turbo changed for my bmw 118D and got my exhaust pipe welded.

I've been to a lot of garages recently, and I believe this one definitely is the best.
Joseph Brother is a very pleasant and helpful person who fixed my car and provided me advice on how to keep it in good conditions. This garage is one that I would suggest to anyone.

Saw me at short notice after my own mechanic couldn’t diagnose the issue with my car as they didn’t have the specialist bmw equipment needed. Joe invited me over and after doing an initial assessment asked me to leave the car with him for a couple of days as diagnostics would require a cold engine. Once diagnosed Joe rang me with a fair estimate to repair and had the car ready in a few days. When I collected the car my invoice was actually less than his estimate as he was able to source slightly cheaper injectors. He issued me with a warranty for his work giving me peace of mind. Overall a great guy, trustworthy, and a good mechanic. Five stars Joe.

I've been going there for any type of vehicle problem for the past two years. Their customer service was also fantastic, with a very reasonable price for such high quality. I did the pre-MOT check twice, and my MOT passed both times with no errors.

I recommended AC service to a friend, who was also pleased. I would recommend this garage for any type of vehicle service.

needed my car fixed ASAP and in less than an hour, called and booked me in straight away! needed both rear shocks replaced and this was done in less than an half an hour! completely professional and very clear and fair on pricing! absoloute legend and saved the day! many thanks and will be visiting again for all future works on my car! 👍🏽

Absolutely great service, done my cars clutch and gear box recent, done it within given time (1 day extra due to mismatch gearbox). Done few other bits of the car as well. Very friendly guys and they find out cars problem first before giving you a price to fix it. Very honest with pricing too.

Overall I would say you will have peace of mind once you get your car sorted with them .

I bought an X5 on the 16th June at lunchtime. By 2pm it was leaking water, transmission faults and id just paid 10k for it from a dealer.

There was a receipt with the car for works not related to the transmission issued by Joseph Auto and it was on my way home. I gave them a call and explained the situation, they said pop down.

The guys at the garage went above and beyond - connected it to a diagnostic machine, refilled it with water and fault found more issues.

The car will be going back to the dealer and I’m demanding a refund.

As for Joseph Auto - you could not ask for a bunch of friendlier guys, extremely helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable. They did not need to help me and could just have said, not our problem - instead they went over and above in my opinion.

Highly recommended.
