Made an online booking weeks in advance. On the day when I chased collection of vehicle they clearly had overlooked my booking. Rather than tell the truth lied and told me the mechanic had gone home ill. Didn't explain that they hadn't bothered to call me first thing to advise, rather than me having to chase them in the afternoon. These things happen , but I'd prefer the truth than making up stories to cover themselves.

Had my car recovered to the garage wolverhampton for head gasket and did not want to touch it because to many new parts more like u don't know what your doing.
So a waist of £100 in recovery would not use again stay away.

Took my car there to fix the head gasket, paid £1000, but it’s still not fixed, gave me back the car with the keys battery down, the car battery down (had to buy a new one), a punctured tyre, the seats were filthy and whoever worked on the car decided to touch the stereo, putting up the bass level of the sub to maximum and plugging their phone on. First contact with customers is not good as well, you cannot just walk around and ignore people. Lift up your head, smile and welcome your customers properly. If it’s a big job, stay away from them, they’re not good enough.

Went for a car service and mot. All good until I was told they won't update my service record because Mazda does it online only and they forgot the password.
Been told they will get it done asap. 3 weeks and 3 phone calls later, nothing. I do not appreciate being lied to.

Very prompt and efficient car service at a good price. Road name does seem to be wrong on their address but not too hard to find.

After being completely messed around by TWO other local garages for WEEKS it was Jag to the rescue!
He came out to inspect my car and got me in the following Monday.
My battery was dead so he came out to jump it and also take it to the garage as I was a bit nervous driving it with the damage it had to the front bumper.
Firstly it cost LESS THAN HALF of what the other garages had quoted.
Secondly it was done in HALF THE TIME the other garages quoted. When I was called to collect it I had to double check everything I’d asked had been done and it had!
Jag fixed the bodywork in a way the other garages CLAIMED couldn’t be done. I believe they were trying to rip me off so I can fully vouch for Jags honesty.
The work was to a high standard and exactly as he said it would be.
He also did my MOT and the only thing that needed doing was something i was aware of so no surprises, again testament to his honesty which I’ve found is rare in this industry.
We discussed booking in a service so he quickly checked my oil. Turned out I basically had none so he topped that up free of charge.
I am disabled and was at a loss without my car and essentially housebound without it. I cannot thank Jag enough for getting me in so quickly, and doing good and honest work.

I will be making the garage Wolverhampton my garage of choice moving forward and cannot recommend them highly enough based off my experience.

I've used their services twice and I was quite happy both times. Their prices are good and they didn't try to get me to replace parts that I didn't need to (as most mechanics do unfortunately).
