Causeway 4x4

I have recently had my car lpg conversion certified by this garage. I had phoned and emailed various other garages in the area, which prompted the sucking through the teeth response from some, and no, or poorly written emails from the others. Causeway responded quickly, with a well written estimate, along with a breakdown of how they arrived at it.
It's a bit of a drive from here (over an hour) , but I thought I'd give them my business.
I'm glad I did!
The service I received was prompt and courteous. The tester was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, and gave me a heads up about some of the issues they can have. Happily for me it passed, so I just needed to sort the paperwork, pay the bill, and be on my way. I got another surprise here. Because of the preparatory work I'd done making it easier for the tester to do his stuff, it took less time than expected to test. The result was a smaller bill than the estimate.
In short, an honest and reputable garage that I recommend highly..

The techs at this garage are very knowledgable and professional. I have used Causeway 4x4 for years, clearly this says it all. Highly trustworthy and fair value, on occasion have in my opinion gone above and beyond, with this committed level of service you just don’t go anywhere else. I recommend this garage to everyone.

Been meaning to post a review for this place. Basically they charged me £600 for welding. I had the van up on the ramps while it was having an MOT at another garage and I asked them to check and not one bit if welding was needed or was indeed undertaken. Avoid this place and ‘retro resus’ which it is twinned with. They can not be trusted and are nothing less than thieves.

Friendly staff and efficient service. Big thanks to Soph, Andy and Graham who did a sterling job sorting the electrics on my Discovery today. Well worth the journey there.

All done quickly and efficiently and in a very friendly manner. The price for the job did not come as a shock! 😂
Will be using the garage again for a cam belt and auxiliary belt change soon.

Car broke down Saturday, got it towed in Sunday, diagnosed Monday, part ordered and repaired by Wednesday. First class and very reasonably priced.

Staff are always friendly and very professional....
That is why I have been taking my cars here for YEARS, and wouldn't take them anywhere else.
