We have always had a first class service, wonderful, caring and polite staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Our vehicles have been serviced and maintained to a very high standard. Prices are competitive and reasonable. Very professional.

Shocking service took it in to this so called garage for um to have a look at some issues i had with my wheel coming off causing abit ov damage to the hub and baring they refused to work on it and told me my vehicle was not road worthy and in poor condition and had alloy wheels on recons they shouldn’t ov been on the van even though it just passed a mot ? Then when i come to collect it I wanted a explanation from the service technician couldn’t even be bothered to come out and explain ? Sent a young lad who needs to learn some manners . Thinking my van was in bad condition as to what this garage said nearly made me send the camper van back to were i got it from as it was in warranty luckily the
next day i took it for a second opinion and sorted it out on the day for me and did all the repairs and only thing what caused the wheel to come off was wrong wheel nuts and told me its in good condition and nothing wrong with the wheels to me hardwick motors just couldn’t be bothered to fix it or must ov been to much trouble for um or incompetent to sort the issues out
replying to your reply the place were I bought it from was in Barnsley and told me to take it local and they would pay for the repairs was hoping u would sort obviously it was to much trouble for your garage next day i took it to a another garage and said the wheels was fine it was the wrong bolts that caused it and was no trouble at all sorted it the repairs on the same day

Always a great service I cannot fault them. Courteous, pleasant and always phone if there is a problem of any kind. Love the customer loyalty points too.

Required a alloy wheel to be stripped and dip. Was politely explained to the options I had and was booked in the next day. I was so impressed with the work the guy did. Would recommend them to anyone that needs alloy wheels looking at

A MOT check & full service. On arriving at reception, I was met with a friendly and warm welcome. I was contacted upon completion of my vehicles work and informed on the outcome of the MOT and ready for collection. On returning, my vehicle was parked and again the reception was welcoming and ready with my documents. The reception area was warm and comfortable, good cleanliness of all areas I was very pleased with their professional manner and efficiency of all the staff. Many thanks to the mechanics and office staff.
