Brunel Motors Corby, Tyres & MOT Centre

Ordered 4 Goodyear tyres over the phone, he came back with the specific tyre model (efficient grip compact) and quoted £208. I had seen a cheaper price at another garage but it was further away, so I haggled down to £200, after thinking for ages he finally said OK. Rang up the next day to see if tyres were in, he said 'yeah your Dunlops are here', I said 'no I had ordered Goodyears'. It went quiet for a while and then he said it was OK, which made it seem like he found them. Went in for fitting, and they had no record of Goodyears, and had ordered the Dunlops...I needed them changed and didn't want to wait so I accepted as they are a similar brand anyway...but what a surprise, the Dunlops come in at exactly £200 being slightly cheaper than the Goodyears, so they went against what I specifically asked for to save a bit of their cash, and sweared blind that I never asked for the Goodyears! Terrible customer service, mechanics I'm sure do a fine job but I won't be touching that place again.

Very poor customer service and they can't even find the problem and charge u without any reason.. very disappointed. 🤑

This garage is amazing. Customer service is second to none. The work carried out on my car was top quality and for a great price. Happy customer and I will be using brunel motor for the rest of my days.

Went there for a few repairs. Got to the reception told my problems, they told me there is no one in to give me quotes or an appointment so they would call me.... I am still waiting for the call... Not sure what to expect from their work if they cant even give you a phone call

At this price im sure you can find some better garages at Corby.
