Incredibly slow. All I wanted was 2 new tyres and the track adjusted.

North Walsham branch couldn't do it for 3 weeks, Aylsham branch only had a few days wait but took over 3 hours - after I went back and chivvied them on.

Being an ex mechanic I was also surprised that they needed to road test the car twice.

After going to 2 other local garages and both of them messing up my breaks, cando Aylsham we’re amazing, got me a courtesy car with in 12 hours and the car in the next morning, full back break system needed to be replaced, little pricey but I know it’s been done properly, took pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong, polite and helpful

The service here is exemplary, I needed to have my gas filled for my aircon and in the process found I had a leaking valve which they promptly fixed along with helping myself out with a number plate issue. Staff were all very friendly and courteous.

Great bunch of mechanics, always friendly, honest and I've found them to do only work work that needs doing and advising on things that are coming up (but will safely wait until next visit) - handy as I'm on a budget)
Mechanics sometimes get a bad rap but i'd recommend these lot to anyone. Simon & Mike - Thanks for keeping my family's cars safe and on the road!
This business used to belong to my father and his partner and its great to see they have kept it going with the same family run values.

A protective flap on the underside of the engine had dropped down and was hanging there almost touching the ground. They fixed it the following day (this was back in July) and because is turned out to be an easy 2 minute job they chose to waive the bill. Wasn't expecting that!

Took my van here for a service and repairs. Don't be put off by previous reviews, this place has changed.

Turned up for a pre booked appointment only to be told the balancer was broken.
The guy advised me he would contact me when it was fixed, despite me sending numerous emails I had no response and have taken my business else where.

Great service, Great attitude and knowledge. Proper fair price. Thank you ALL.
