Reclamet

Really impressed with this service. Had 2 old cars that weren't worth fixing up so I decided to scrap them. Within 4 hours of speaking with Emma (who was very friendly and helpful) over the phone and getting a quote that I liked, both cars had been picked up and the money was in my account.

This is my first time using Reclamet so I don't know if they're this quick every time, but I'm very happy I chose them and would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Having not scrapped a car before I was very wary of the whole process however, Emma Card was amazing from start to finish, reassured me throughout and took me all through the process. Collection of the car went very smoothly, again very informative. Pay out was extremely quick, money in my bank just a few hours after car was collected. Highly recommended! Thank you Emma you were great!

I found the Lydia H extremely professional, informative and prompt. Very good customer service.
A time was arranged for my (now ex) car to be picked up which was convenient for me, The service at Reclamet was punctual and very competitive.
Being left without a car I was also transfered to Mike, a very helpful man who is now helping support me with a possible new car within my chosen budget.

Emma at Reclamet was great.
Clear communication via email and, when appropriate, telephone. No pressure - just what suited me, when it suited me.
Collection was arranged for the same day as it suited me. Dave, the collection driver, called and arrived exactly as he promised.
Money was in the bank the same day the car went - all exactly as promised.
Shame we had to use Reclamet - I'd rather the car was still on the road ! - but would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the same position.

I spoke to a very helpful lady named Emma in the morning. The car was collected by lunchtime and I received the money in my bank account in the afternoon. Excellent service from first contact. Very easy to get a quote and a very reasonable price offered for my vehicle. Collected hassle free the following day and funds in my account the same day. Everyone was polite professional and friendly throughout. 100% would recommend and will keep in mind for the future

I had some deep scratches on my front bumper which Reclamet sanded and resprayed to a perfect finish they picked up my car from home and returned it next day. I would thoughly recommend this company for the excellent quality of their work. Staff were very kind and courteous. It was a pleasure to meet them
