Great service, one to one help from true experts! Huge range and honest advice

Went to buy my daughter’s next car seat today and was so very impressed with the advice we received and the time taken with us to discuss options and try different seats. The lady who served us was knowledgable and not in the slightest bit pushy. She price matched us the car seat we chose to a cheaper price we found online and offered collection with fitting or free delivery. Excellent selection of car seats and pushchairs too. It made me want to buy a new pushchair, even though we don’t need one! Highly recommend :)

Very impressed with this shop. A huge amount of pushchairs to look at that are very well presented. The staff member that helped us was very knowledgeable and experienced with the chair type we needed and was able to help quickly and thoroughly. She also checked online and price matched a bundle for us without us having to ask.
In addition, the toilet was very well supplied with nappies, wipes and a toddler seat (very important and one of my worries as we had our toddler with us and he is potty learning. This shop is out of town too). They were also well stocked with refreshments. A hugely pleasant experience.

Me and the partner visited this place today, we walked away with a very good deal on a very nice pram. Colleagues are incredibly friendly and very happy to help in our first purchase of a pram.
This is the best place to go for a pram in Lincolnshire. Highly recommended.

We went to the pushchair experts on a Saturday, I believe you can book an appointment which may well have been our downfall for not booking. We wondered around and got to grips with the pushchairs, but obviously we called by as we were hoping to talk with an expert. We waited patiently for around half an hour until someone became free, however we were then sent of a ‘test drive’ of a pram, for the sales person to not speak with us again (left us to deal with other customers instead). There only appeared to be three member of staff on, we left without purchasing (which we would have done if we’d been spoken to). We then tried calling after to speak with someone and see about ordering over the phone, no answer on the numerous times we have called, so we’ll obviously be ordering elsewhere.

It really is a great place to go for pushchairs, car seats and baby related accessories. The products are expensive, but that is the nature of the products and every parent wants the best for their children. There is no pressure from the staff and they are more than happy to demonstrate their products. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, perhaps unsurprisingly interact brilliantly with my 18 month old. They also do a daily Facebook broadcast.

We went here today to have a browse and wow were we impressed!
Laura (I think that was her name!) was super knowledgeable about all of the baby carriers and helped me in trying on wraps. We ended up buying a wrap which I tried on and we left feeling really taken care of and happy with our experience! Thanks to all of the team for a fab shop
