I have just came out from the store with such a great experience!
One of the staff (her colleague said she is the bra's expert:)) helped me more than one hour to choose different bras and nursing shirts. I have to go to the hospital for an earlier induction in 3 days, I feel so nervous and her kindness made me feel a bit better and calmed.
She gave me a goody bag as well as a gift after my purchase! Definitely I will go back to buy more beautiful stuff for my baby and me in the future! Thank you!

I've been shopping here for years now and have always gound the staff helpful and good fun.

Colouring table for kiddies so i can get on and shop.

Yes, there are steps. But only one or two and thats manageable :) they cant change the way the building is.

I went today to collect my order, infornt of the till three staff members seemed to have a heated discussion on something they didn't acknowledge me until several minutes later even though I was standing right infornt of them. And when they finally did, they didn't say hello, she just turned to her colleague and said "now I will serve this customer". Not even the typical thank you for waiting! Not going back

We had an excellent experience at your Jojo Maman Bebe Wimbledon just after shops reopened in June. I was desperate to find a maternity bra and Daisy went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. Thank you so much! Will be returning soon :)

Since it a shop for kids, you expect it to be more pram and stroller friendly, right? No! The entrance has a huge step. Inside, It is really hard to navigate in this tiny store because of how badly the shelves are organised. Also, the staff members look at everyone as we are here just to waste their time. Clothes have never the right size available and are always overpriced, even on "sale".

I was shopping in the Wimbledon store on Monday and I left extremely disappointed. I shop there quite often and the staff was never on the level they should be. Certainly I wasn’t expecting it could become worse, I was wrong…. I bought couple of items one was a helmet and the other was pair of shoes. I asked for help measuring as they’ve done it before in the store. This time one of the three sales assistants explained they only do sizing for start rite shoes but for their own brand they have the sizing board and she pointed to it. While trying to figure out myself which size is the right one the employee was just sitting there and looking at me from the side. I was not sure as my child is between sizing so I had to figure it out myself and of course I made mistake, I bought the smaller ones. No problem, I went to exchange the shoes couple of days later only to be given back the size I just returned which I realised already on the way back home, had to go back to the store and there was no apology or whatsoever. Dare I ask what’s the point of the loyalty card as you never ask anymore if I’m a member or not ? It got to the point of me asking them to take my details at the check out as the staff appears not bothered to do their job properly. For a luxury store you should be ashamed of the staff you are hiring, train your people on customer service!

not pram friendly at all! step to get into shop, steps to more products and big steps down to the baby changing room doesn’t make sense! Also staff not very inviting.

A few days ago the staff who served me gave me great customer service with a positive manner. I have purchased clothes above £25, so she asked if I’m registered as a clubhouse membership as any purchase above £25 you can receive stripes and sail rewards. Which I did not have at the time and did not know about it other than Jojo’s newsletter. She then told me I can re-purchase in the future so I can claim the points as it takes 48hrs to process through the system.

Today I came in for Christmas shopping and the staff from the floor was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I explained to her in regards to re-purchasing the clothes I only purchased a few days ago just to receive the points as a member and I also mentioned that I told from another staff it was ok to do so as I could not collect the points then.
I overheard she was talking about me to her colleague as if I couldn’t hear their conversation at the till while I was still shopping. I heard she assumed that I only wanted to do it for the Christmas lucky dip offer I received, but I genuinely wanted to buy more clothes for my son and she witnessed I was shopping for new clothes as I asked her for bigger sizes.
Then when I went to the till to pay, the other staff she was speaking to also gave me a rude attitude in regards to claiming my points and re-purchasing. I felt like she was influenced to what she was told earlier when they were discussing the situation.
I understand they wanted to make sales but the behaviour is unacceptable. I know this for a fact as I have previously worked in retail for many years and Customer service is always priority.
This is not the way you should treat your customers regardless of the situation! I felt very uncomfortable shopping there today.
Please take this seriously, as a discussion / warning is not enough. You have lost a regular customer!
