Extremely unhelpful member of staff who would not help a young Mother exchange an unused item in your Reigate store last week. I believe it was a gift & she had no gift receipt.
Poor customer service as the other two staff members just looked on!
I walked out vowing not to use JoJo
Maman Bebe in the future for my Grandchildren.
Customer training is clearly essential at this Reigate store!
