My Crib Rocks

I visited this shop unsure or what i was looking for. The staff could not of been more helpful. They took their time to show me all the different types of prams that they had available. I left completely satisfied i had choosen the right pram.

I would certainly recommend My Crib Rocks, not only is the shop lovely and modern the staff went out their way to meet all my needs and were very friendly.

Really great shop, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They've got a great selection of prams and go out of their way to make sure any questions or concerns you have are answered.

Recently purchased an Ergobaby carrier after this shop was recommended by a friend who recently had a baby. Dealt with Alison (I think she's the owner) who was very helpful and demonstrated how it is fitted and tightened up etc... Got a good price but more to the point it was quite refreshing to find a shop that doesn't insist on pushy sales people. If I could give 10 out of 10 I would, but here's 5 stars to you My Crib Rocks and we'll be back soon!

Found this gem of a shop while searching on Google. Loads of prams and accessories and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone buying their first pram wanting good advise.

Staff are so helpful and very knowledgeable. The aftercare has been great also. Very pleased with my experience so far.

We had issues with the product we bought on multiple occasions. The way that my wife was spoken to by staff here was not how I would expect anyone to be spoken to. Very rude and blunt, not how customer service should be done at all. To be told that the issues were down to 'user error', on multiple occasions was beyond a joke.

Great at selling products, not great at rectifying problems or customer service.

Called and spoke to the proprietors in advance. Took a 60 mile journey to get a demo of a pram which was demoed with great detail. We were given lots of information and options available. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

All in all, a great experience. Would definitely shop there again.

Nice shop and the staff are really helpful when your spending in there.But absolutly awful with me when i wanted a refund or exchange on my grandaughters stokke carrier.She was only in it two minutes she didnt like it so we put it straight back in the box.Like i said good while there taking your money but terrible when you have a problem.
