The Little Ones

Made order on 27/12/2020, received an email to say it would be delayed due to covid (understandable) but no revised date. Also paid for 48hour delivery, was not reimbursed for this. Received item 14/01/2021, which is 2 and a half weeks later.
Contact via email has been good. Every response has been quick.
Enquired about returning the item as I feel it is not as described (not very warm, thin, can see through the purple crochet so not as per the photos) to be told that I will have to cover the cost of returning the item as per their T&Cs.
Overall not a fantastic experience. Do not recommend and will not be using again.

Appalling aftersales service. I placed an order 14 days ago. The website states delivery within 48 hours, so I believed item would arrive before my grandchild made an appearance. How wrong was I? I have received 1 response from my 1st email 9 days ago telling me my order would be dispatched that weekend! I've since sent 4 more emails, had no response. Received a dispatch email on Wednesday last week, no tracking details, waited another 3 days giving 48hours for delivery again. Sent another email asking for an update and tracking details and yet again no response. I've tried calling 3 times no reply, I will give it until tomorrow before I claim a charge back as I don't believe I will receive it! Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I ordered a bunny sleeping bag for my cousin, it was gift wrapped beautifully and came right on time for his birthday. I then ordered an elephant a few weeks later and it was lush, so soft my baby sister loves it.

Bought a sleeping bag and it has been an absolute god send to us. It is beautiful and good quality.
I am impressed with how long it can be used. Most things are only in 3 or 6 month increments (ie, 0-3, 3-6 months) but this will give us a lot of wear.

Excellent products, arrived quick. The quality of products had stood out the most, especially their design and durability. Communication was spot, I do recommend this business to Parents. Instead of shopping mainstream, shop here instead - Support your locals!!! . You will not be disappointed, Im personally impressed and will definitely order from them again.

My little girls doesn’t sleep without it now!

I ordered a sleeping bag which according to the tracking was never received by the Post Office. Telephone number doesn’t work. Emails take nearly a week to answer. I was promised a refund, Sophie said it would take a couple of days, 8 days later I’m still waiting. AVOID

Brought The Elephant Teddy - Came flat as anything so requested and open a return case on 8th Dec.

It is now 16th Dec - And no one has answered by 4 emails and no one answers the phone.

Would Avoid at all costs.........................................AVOID
