It has just arrived and the personalised cake is beautiful.

OK my friend bought me these cakes for my birthday and was delivered (eventually by DPD) after my birthday. From the invoice she ordered it on the 18th July for my birthday on the 21st. I wasnt expecting it, but if she hadn't enquired she would of lost the money. She had to chase twice and it was delivered on 30th July. To be fair, I think these were made near the 18th because they were stale and one had mould on it..... Awful, save your money... See pics.

Unable to deliver on time. Two years I have ordered these as gifts. Both years did not arrive in time to be gifted........waste of time won't be using them again. The cakes aren't that great.....

I have now made 2 purchases from this company ordering a box of various sponge cakes on both occasions as a family gift.
The service and delivery has on each occasion been swift and efficient. The recipients say the sponge cakes are moist, flavoursome and have a long shelf life.
I requested one of the cakes to be substituted each time and Craig ensured this happened on the first occasion. On the 2nd, this unfortunately didn't happen as Craig was on leave but he quickly rectified the situation on his return to work.
I am very impressed with the company and their customer service.

Just received my delivery of six cakes; super fast and brilliant customer service (thanks Craig) Couldn't wait to try one so I dived into the pink battenburg decorated one with my cup of tea! Excellent!! Moist and tasty without being sickly sweet so top marks from me 👍

I bought three more cake parcels for friends and I'm sure they'll be just as well received!

Recently ordered the Lemon Poppy Seed cake from Milk and More, used to buy 2-3 a week as it was so lovely. Recently it seems they have altered the texture and ingredients. It's dry, tasteless and the whole family threw it away. Called the number on the packaging, spoke to a guy who claimed he was a manager, his attitude was terrible and very dismissive, he wasn't even aware if there was a recent change to the cake. Just bluntly told me to email them with details. Won't be buying anything from this company, I wanted to support you as a small company but if this is the lack of respect you have for customers I'll return back to the supermarkets.
