It's a great place for students as it's really close to the university and quite cheap. Service is really fast even on peak times, so it's a good place to go between classes.

Twice now in the course of 7 days I've gone and they have been "out" of sausage rolls. I don't mean "wait a minute or two and they'll be out," they have none available he said. It's Saturday at 2:50 pm and they have no sausage rolls. Quite nice to pop in to usually, but I'm not rolling the dice anymore to hope they have their most popular item available on a weekend.

This morning made the mistake to stop and look at the food that's on display. The trainee lady from the second till screamed HELLOOOOO in the rudest manner ever :/ I apologised for looking at the food jokingly to break the tension and she didn't even looked up at me. Forgot some of my food too. Hospitality is hard. But I was super polite and apologised so I don't get it being in the industry for years. Sad.

Such a great cafe, but sadly has no indoor seating. Tuna baguette is awesome. Southern fried chicken goujon has a little kick and is probably the 2nd best thing to get. Potato wedges are crispy and have spices on them to give them flavor. Quick service.

Pleasant staff, but so many pigeons outside, who aren’t shy in irritating you!

Not brilliant. Queues are always way too long and the food selection is always underwhelming when you do get to order. Consistently runs out of food by midday and doesn't seem to restock after the lunch rush, even though it's open later you'll struggle to get food. Be wary that there is also no indoor seating at this location, so come with a plan of where you're wanting to eat. Staff are pleasant but seem overworked (not enough staff serving and staff seem to rush about store when not serving). For a city centre/high street location you'd expect more, plenty of other better greggs elsewhere in Lincoln and plenty of alternative lunch stops in high street, I'd say give this one a miss.

Just had sausage rolls, they were hot and eatable.
