Pukka Pies

Steak and Red Wine Just for two Pie. It's got an excessive amount of mushroom in, which isn't part of the pies name but is in the ingredients- and is a main one too. They just are not a nice texture or taste at all and completely spoil the pie. AVOID. There's more mushroom than steak despite the ingredient listing claiming otherwise. I have to say that the pastry was pretty good,. but I paid for a filling that was a real disappointment- it couldn't even be used as dog food.

Never tried Pukka before as if bought from a supermarket I’d normally go for Holland’s. Just had their all steak pie though and it was amazing. The pastry was crispy on the outside and moist on the inner. Thick tasty gravy and prime cuts of meat. Can’t understand the negativity on here based on what I’ve just eaten.

Tried a Pukka Pie for the first time today, because my usual brand had sold out. Chicken and Mushroom, the most disgusting pie I've ever tasted. All pastry and a thin layer of filling with hardly any meat and mushroom and sauce like slime. Never again

We purchase a box of pukka steak pies, will not be purchasing them in future. It says steak on the box but unfortunately I couldn't find any

All pastry hardly any meat or gravy. Small amount of meat was unchewable. Won't be buying again . Used to be very good when they first came out but sadly not anymore.

Brought a cheese leek and potato pie today. Half way through eating I discovered a few strands of human hair. Unfortunately I swallowed some of it before realising, causing me to choke and heave. Sorry after this experience I won’t be purchasing again. 🤮

Don't know what you've done for new recipe forSteak & Ale just for two....its taste revolting...wont be buying pukka pies again....why change recipe if there was nothing wrong in the first place....

Microwavable shortcrust pies fab. ( Not infavour of flaky pastry but that has always been my liking of shortcrust )
