I ordered the postal brownies for my boyfriend and they were absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were delivered extremely quick and the presentation was amazing and they even let me add a little message on the card inside the box. The brownies were the best we’ve ever had and we will definitely be ordering more asap. So happy i came across this company and I can’t wait to be able to visit the actual store soon to try more delicious items. 5 stars for everything.

Great place! We tried 3 different brownies: Ferrero one is the least impressive (not really my kind of brownie, too gooey would probably sum it up the best), peanuts and chocolate one was very nice and red velvet brownie was amazing - I really made a mistake of not ordering more of them.

Fantastic brownies and blondies, lots of cool flavours and just amazingly done. Have been coming here since 2016 and they are the absolute best brownies I've had. They also do gluten free ones on some days or via instagram request. Absolutely fantastic! Would recommend to everyone! (Tend to get takeaway, as I live nearby, so can't comment much on the atmosphere and amenities inside, they don't have a bathroom though).

I rarely leave reviews but I feel strongly about supporting a family run, local independent shop that punches above its weight.

This is a real gem of a place. We've been getting all our celebration cakes and cupcakes from Brownie Box the last 5 years - birthdays, wedding anniversaries etc.

Alot of cute American style bakery places or so called fancy patisseries have popped up over the many years in London but Brownie Box is by far the best.

Brownie Box cakes are not too sweet, they don't "kill" the cake with too much frosting and cakes are beautiful without being elaborate and fussy. I find pricing is fair and the cakes taste so much better than some big name cake specialists we used before. My experience with other bakeries is often they never taste good as they look or are just far too expensive for what you get.

We get our pumpkin pies from Brownie Box too every Thanksgiving and they are always spot on. They know how to bake!

Last but not least, Niki and Steffani are so responsive, friendly and reliable.

A real find.

This is my favorite place for a little treat in London and I'm not even a brownie person. I mean obviously if you love brownies you definitely need to go here, but I'm more of a cookie / cupcake girl.

They make the best thing I've eaten in London which is a broughnut (brownie doughnut). It's somehow dense and light and fluffy at the same time with huge chocolate chunks and sort of a thin sugary crust. Almost like a super moist lava cake, but not gooey. I can't describe it accurately. It's amazing though.

If you don't like chocolate, I'm sorry for you and I also recommend the Biscoff blondie which I think might have white chocolate (white chocolate is different. It counts as a chocolate alternative). The muffins are great too.

They change their menu all the time which I love because it's always a surprise, but you should probably order ahead if you want the broughnuts or something specific. I'm pretty sure they can make anything if you just ask. You should probably ask at least the day before though, so they have time to make it.

I ordered 6 broughnuts on Christmas Eve this year like an hour before they closed (I know - jerk move), but they were so pleasant and kind about it and acted like it was no big deal. If Hollywood ever needs inspiration for their next main character in a London-based holiday movie, every single person who works here is exactly who they should cast. Immaculate individuals. Exactly who you would hope and imagine works at an adorable London bakery.
