The sandwices arnt made to a high standard unfortunately. The past 3 times I have been in and ordered a fresh sandwich I have been very dissapodisap. The first ham salad I asked for contained no ham. The Seccond and 3rd ones were just thrown together with no care. I used to work in a sandwich shop myself and it's not hard. Today was a chicken mayo, the mayo wasn't mixed in or spread it was just a small dollop in the centre. My partner suffers from an eating disorder due to her autism, when these foods arntarmade correctly she really struggles to eat them. I think the staff need some more training

I Purchased a New yorker sandwich , the bun was stale the filling was one tea spoon and the rest was tomatoes. On the windows the sign said "new improved pasta box's , so I bought a chicken and bacon pasta bowl , with 4 tiny cubes of chicken and dry bacon , hardly and mayo to pasta ratio.
Total breakfast cost £7.50 and I didn't eat it all and felt very ill

Food is great. Don't understand why even with covid 1 person only in the shop. Oddies as a company need to get better contactless payment system it is slow in every shop and half the time does not work they should ditch their supplier or IT boss as it is costing them business
