Ants were crawling all over the sweet food, so disgusting definitely not a hygienic place 🤢

Went to the fridge to grab a drink and went to stand in line to pay when is saw the blonde head lady with glasses move her eyes across as if to day to her colleague watch me I already ordered my chicken bakes which I had to wait 6 minutes for I'm always in their and I always pay for my goods wherever I go.and then told her employee not to serve me all because she thought I was a thief and i confronted her about it too an she was utterly rude about it

I go there almost every morning after I drop my kids off to school. Their caramel latte is very nice. Excellent service, very quick when they are serving you. I do find their pastries always a bit cold, wish they kept in a warmer or something. Price obviously has gone up for their food.

I lined up behind eight customers to make a purchase. When I got served the girl said she had no change for a twenty pound note so I offered a ten pound note she said she had no change at all and looked at me like I had two heads when I said I wanted the items. We have not got any change at all. I walked out fuming. Not everyone pays on a phone or a card. I will not be going back and unless you have a bag of change I suggest you shop somewhere else. BAD BAD BAD. I would’nt have given one star but there is’nt an option for ZERO stars. Shame on you Greggs and I suggest you get some staff that will keep your till topped up with change as I would’nt have been the only one that walked away disgusted.

I order with just eat to be delivered and it is the second time they forget to add my 2 bottles of juice to the order. I asked them to add the items in new order a couple of days later as I had called them and I attached the reference number but they ignored my request. I just fell cheated by Greggs. They must make a lot of extra money on customers if they “forget’ to deliver half of the items!!!!

The shop is big, across the road from the station and next to Dagenham heathway shopping centre. The staff member that served me was friendly and nice, she provided great customer service, and got my order right. I was served in time and they have great selection of items to pick. There is also seating inside to eat the food you buy or you can take away.

Staff were friendly, polite & helpful. The food I ordered was hot but the seating areas were messy & had not been cleaned. Unfortunately there was no reason for this being the case because it wasn't very busy with customers at the time.

The lady who served us was friendly and polite.
The hot chocolate she made me was one of the best I've ever got from Greggs.
Normally this store has good stocks of everything and when you do have to queue it doesn't take long.
Would recommend :-)
