Very simple and great food for cheap price
Lots of choices as snacks or quick lunch
Very good atmosphere and staff
Place conveniently to grab something hot or cold as pastry or dessert also all kinds of coffee and cold drinks.

I had to cater for a work Christmas dinner and decided to buy in Gregg's Festive bakes while I cooked roast spuds and veg for 300 people. Angela and her staff were amazing and incredibly customer focused. At such a busy time of year, they couldn't do enough for us and even gave us a few trays of donuts. While I was paying (as the shop was closing) a customer came in for a baguette, which she let him for free. This generosity is so unheard of these days but it's this that makes them so successful. Well done. Oh, the pies went down a treat too.

I bought 2 latte s today and thay wheare not very nice .no taste just like verry milky water. no cream

Tried 3 Greggs. None of them had Caramel shortbread in stock!!! Surely a staple at this (party) time of year?

I love this greggs. Not just for the great coffees and sausage rolls, but they have the best staff who are always so helpful and make you feel so welcome. Working hard throughout lock down to keep us all happy and topped up with caffeine. My work week wouldn't be the same without them

Sugar granulated in a cup next to the door with a spoon in- this is a sugar station for customers?!?!?. I wouldn't use it when I know that someone else digged their spoon there and then in their coffee.
I think you can do better than that!

I have been getting my breakfast from Greggs few years now, however it is with sadness to me to notice that when I buy from them (as a regular costumer) they don't appreciate me (as a regular) enough for choosing them - I am melanited in skin colour (not too sure if it's because of that, but it's just makes the items taste less good). I just find it discriminatory at times to show immense appreciation to a costumer more than an other - and please * DO SHARE the head office email address or mailing address to this review, if possible* because it's quite awkward to be in almost 2022 for Greggs to only have Soya milk as alternative 🙃🤦🏾‍♀️ Either way they have the best Stake bakes so.
