Usually I get a standard rushy service, but the young man on today was very well mannered and pleasant. I even got a napkin with my hot food, which usually isn't provided to me.

What can I say. The team are fantastic. We had scheduled a series of celebrations at our retirement schemes, the staff were so accommodating and very friendly. We will be regular customers moving. Well done to the team 🥰

There wasn't a lot to choose from and the staff didn't seem interested in the customers they were talking to each other and ignoring the customer

Got to love Greggs, popping up everywhere. Much needed for a quick snack, coffee from Greggs are now becoming acceptable. So different tasting from all the other main names. Keep it up, more warm lunch ready at lunch time please.
