Really friendly staff and new vegan options are really good

Service so, so, so slow. Four behind the counter 1 serving the other Three hiding round the back and occasionally shuffling the sausage rolls, queue out the door...

Good for on the go. Always busy since it's one of the popular in town. Fairly good hot chocolate :p Love the vegan sausage roll.

Absolutely disgusting service, stood in queue for 10mins while one member of staff served , other member was doing deliveroo then a member of staff who was not working pushed past us asked the staff member who was doing deliveroo to do drinks for her , so we were ignored and her drinks were done before ours so apparently paying customers come second to rude staff who don't believe in waiting their turn., we spend alot of money here daily as we work in the town but not anymore we will definitely go elsewhere

I was served by a very nice lady called Kt who’s service was quick, polite and with a smile that made my day. I never normally leave reviews but this young lady was too helpful not too, I hope she goes far in life

SO THE FIRST ORDER I PLACE WITH GREGGS I SPENT £16 WHICH IS ALOT OF MONEY I HAD TO PAY AND EXTRA 60 PENCE FOR AN EGG AND THEY DIDNT NOTHER PUTTING IT IN !I RANG THEM AND OF COURSE THERE USELESS!!!!THE PERSON WHO DID MY BREAKFAST IS NOT IN NOW SURPRISE SURPRISE SO IVE PAID 16 QUID AND GOT MY ITEMS KISSING ITS JUST DISCUSTING!FORST IMPRESSIONS ARE SUPPOSED TO COUNT BUT GIRL ON THE PHONE REALLY DIDNT CARE THERES NOTHING SHE CAN DO APPARENTLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH ALSO MY LATTE IS ALL OVER THE BAG THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER SEALING THE LIFS FOR HOT DRINKS YOUR JUST CLOWNS AND THAST THE FIRST AMD LAST TOME ILL EVER GO E MY MONEY TO YOU USELSS PEOPLE!QUICK EMOUGH TO TAKE MYONEY THOUGH ARENT YOU
