Went for breakfast was very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't want halloumi cheese with my vegetarian breakfast so they were prepared to change it for something else. Would highly recommend this place

Not sure how the staff here manage to keep up excellent service and well cooked food during a manic Saturday rush and still remain polite and helpful; hard to fault. Only minor criticism is figuring out which queue is for what is a bit of a dark art first time around!!

Great selection of good food. Friendly and polite staff. Excellent customer service. Recommend Brie & Sun Dried Tomato 🍅 on croissant 🥐. Well worth a visit- even for that quick cuppa!

Just want to say thank you,I believe she was the manager and another lady with green hair ( sorry didn’t take your name). Went to store panicking for a last min cupcake order. They managed to sort something out for me in short notice. Both ladies very polite and helpful.

Great bakery with lots of food choice. Hot chocolate is great with marshmallows and cream. Delicious! Great way to end the day after ice skating at Letchworth pool. Staff friendly and quick to help clear tables for us.

We just nipped to get the little ones a quick lunch, the queue was messy and unclear and the staff were rude and unhelpful when asked about it, so much so that I left angry. The pastries were all pastry and little filling, should have just gone to Gregg's.

Delightful independent bakery which boasts moo more than 25mes travel between bakery and shop and it shows. Delicious freshly baked cakes; delicious bread and lots of creative options for a light lunch and not a mass produced sandwich in sight!
