Bennetts Family Bakers southbourne

Possibly the worst sausage and bacon panini I have ever had in my life. Bread wasn't flattened or griddled (so just a baguette really) and the most shocking thing of all is they actually sliced a single small sausage into 6 slices to get it to fill the bread. I'd recommend going any where else in southbourne and getting yourself something worth your money.

The WORST PLACE in Southbourne. This bakery place doesn’t comply with any COVID-19 guidelines, no alcohol gel available, its staff were not wearing gloves when manipulating food while talking upon the food without any face mask. They refused to give me a Cash Till ticket (receipt) when requested, which is against the law. The pastries were cold and had a worm in one of them, yes a white worm!! At the top of that, they shouted at me when asked for my receipt.The attendant went out the shop, involved and screamed at my wife because I was inside complaining about the worm and asking the receipt. All in all, AVOID THIS PLACE, food poisoning and rude experience Fortunately there are many fantastic, LEGAL, CLEAN and inviting places in the surrounding area.

Great selection always fresh. Including cakes for diabetics.

Good food, clean and tidy within. Very polite staff. Will continue to use this outlet when in area working
