Walked into the store at 6.56 this morning to buy a breakfast I knew it wasn't open yet and there was someone else waiting only to have one member of your staff talk to me as if she was my grumpy mother telling me off for being four minutes early without me even opening my mouth I do woohoo love service with a smile

Very unwelcoming.The sausage tasted like the pig had been slaughtered in the last millennium.I had omelette today in a bacon bap and I think the omelette had been in a fight with one of the scaffolders in the car park.My mate Kevin loves it here though,saying that he would eat my shoe if he was hungry.

Sara provides excellent service, diligent, friendly and accommodating and remembers the small things from labelling coffees, to offering cupholders and a bag to carry all your tasty pies. The manager Amy forgets all of these and needs to be prompted most days... service makes such a massive difference to the customer, and Sara gets it right! well done, it’s appreciated.
