The tall lady in glasses very rude and doesn’t deserve to be working there. I will rather go where customers are treated with respect. She needs retraining in customer service.

Great food and coffee.. but a disaster when it comes to opening. Even though there are opening hours it feels like they just open whenever they feel like it. I've gone after 9 and 10 to find the doors locked or staff just starting to set up. If you are going for in afternoon you shouldn't have a problem.

This store is disaster when it comes to opening it clearly says here Saturday store opens at 07:30 definitely that didn’t happened. I am also confuse about normal hours is it after 8am?

terrible customer service! Communication training are sorely needed, since a younger female service member's rude attitude made me refuse to eat. While this person is still employed there, I will most certainly not return to this store. Greggs, you need to be more selective in choosing who you want to represent your National Brand. Potential Client Alert! If you ask her what her issue is, be prepared for loud sighs, shaking of the head, slamming of the change on the counter, and threatening to call the police for harassment.

The tall woman with the glasses is quite disrespectful and has no business working there. I prefer to go places where patrons are respected. She requires new customer service training.

Hi todays day 12/10/2022. I experience one of the most arrogant and dirty cases. I was ready to order when the old woman on counter aproached and was touching her noise with her hand , she was ready to pick up a bag to put my food in , before that i asked ger if please can you wash your hands or put some glove ... straight away she refused and triying to attend the next client . That is teally disgusting and unproffesional she haven't got any hygiene at all . Later on she was disrespectfull because i complaint about it making me get out of a store . I would not recomend this place to anybody as i cannot blame compnay the workers are themself. I will never come back .

Poor customer service overall
Staff open the doors when they feel like. If you have time to kill this is the place for you

Horrible customer service. I was with the buggy and my baby and half of the door was locked and they were looking at me not helping. Another customer came and unlocked the half door so I could get in. All the ladies working there were terrible rude . The food was cold and I’m never going again!
