Went to this cake shop based on reviews to get birthday cake for 11 year old. Got a red velvet cake, there were several different types of cakes to choose from. We all agreed it was absolutely delicious and light and was hard to stop eating! The birthday girl was very happy. Would highly recommend 406 cakes.

Lovely local cake shop.
We pop there once in a while on weekends to buy a sweet treat for our children after visiting the Morden Hall Park as well as get some Baltic bread & other groceries.
Always greeted with a smile, small talk and helpful advice and suggestions.

Absolutely the BEST carrot cake ever. To be honest all the cakes looked just as delicious... I will be back to try them.

Yesterday I bought a honey cake for my birthday. It was absolutely exquisite - fresh, light, not too sweet, delicious. The service I received was also great. The shop itself looks clean and smart. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Totally agree with everyone has given the 5 stars here. My favourite is the chocolate, black cherry honey cake, light, fluffy, fresh, it's so delicious. Even my friends who don't like cream has found their new favorite cakes!

We arranged for a 70th joint birthday cake to be made for about 20 people. We agreed a cake with them comprising of fresh cream, fruit, chocolate around the outside and icing flowers on top.
It was spectacular!
We will be going back there for a
wedding anniversary cake early in the New Year!
