Mr Pretzels

Really good, love it! This was my first purchase and even though is 4 star hygiene rating but never got sick or my kid. Pretzel was done amazing, taste was fantastic girls were very friendly and cheerfull DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR MORE.

The lady was lovely an kind,it was only her We was there early

What's the need of having a central 17 rewards me card where you get 50p off a pretzel when the staff say no you can't get the 50p off and it clearly says it on the mall website 😡😡😡😡

Good service by the 2 ladies that ran the stall.

Unfortunately this was not a “pretzel” but just bread with some chocolate sauce. I was really looking forward to an actual soft pretzel with the toppings they offered. NOT A PRETZEL!😡

The pretzels are really delicious and soft, but the thing that made me take away two stars was because:
1. It’s really pricey just for a pretzel!
2. Even though there is no queue, it takes such a long time for the ladies to make the pretzels, I would definitely recommend one or two more people helping them
This is all I have to say, have a nice day :)

Good pretzels, however I feel like they should just invest in getting an actual store with how busy it gets. It feels unfair for the staff.
