Came in here a few days ago for breakfast due to a shift change at work, and was served by a young tall gentleman. I found his mannerism and customer service very unprofessional. I was told to come to the counter by being reffered to as 'oi'. He was speaking to a customer who I assume is a regular about his heavy nights out. Apparently that customers name was 'bruv'. And he was also 'hanging out of his 'ass''. He simply flung my order into the bag for it all to fall out there individual packagings, I asked for a latte and got a tea, I asked for a tissue and was 'tutted' at. I almost felt like an inconvenience. I will not be going in there again.

Went here this morning and had amazing service! We wanted vegan sausage rolls but had to wait 6 mins for them to cook, so we were offered free drinks whilst we waited. Staff were incredibly friendly and the food was fresh and delicious, would definitely come here again!

Great place to go and the staff are nice and friendly. And at the end of the day they do not throw the left overs they are donated to drugs and alcohol service,rough sleepers or homeless people. So many people reep the benefits of donated food. So God bless them all

Called In just before 2.00 pm to get a soup recently, person behind counter tipped end of soup into a cup, not for me but for herself, when I asked for the soup she said ‘no’ that soup was for her, and off she walked back stage so I had no chance of buying it 🤔

Most of the Greens I have been have soya milk and this one doesn’t have , as well the services was really rude , I love Greggs but I’ll never come back to this one

Ordered food online couldnt even get my order right missed half the order, they have only 1 job could'nt even do that right they still got it wrong poor customer service really poor customer service wont be using this place again don't deserve even 1 star.

It's a greggs selling greggs stuff. Decent selection of pastries, cakes and sandwiches. Coffee is decent and this greggs is handily by a major bus stop and a newsagents. Good staff.
