Nice and cozy, but small coffee shop. Ideal for a date, or for a couple, to spend some time here.
Their hot chocolate is amazing. Taste like dark chocolate, but not too strong (if you know what I mean). The cappuccino was nice too, so as the cakes. The label on the mini doughnuts was "belgian chocolate", but for me tasted like Nutella. Anyway, they tasted good.
Staff members were nice and helpful. We didn't order and ordinary cappuccino. The barista was kind and professional.

I live in Holland Park so Paul’s has been a regular place to go, and mostly the staff are polite and friendly but recently certain staff (blond hair girl) have been rude and dismissive on a couple of occasions.. this time I want to tell people. i was there this morning and asked for quiche to be heated and they’d forgotten and served it up cold and I asked for to be heated again and she didn’t even speak to me or apologise and took it away and slammed it back at me with awful attitude, This time too hot to eat??!! I Still thanked her but she ignored me. Awful to face first thing in the morning, I then witnessed another poor elderly Customer and she completely ignored her request, the elderly person then asked another person who then obliged. Lovely way to start your day lol!

Well over priced for what’s on offer and the quality. £4 for a croissant that’s the same quality a neighbouring tesco sells at £1. A tiny pork pie for £3.70. I ordered a latte and that was close to £4.00 and not of greater quality. I would not bother ever visiting a Paul’s again.

Great coffee great food , good service however the place in general very very dirty , floor , toilets , tables . Chairs I guess they were white at the beginning now dark colour and covered with food spillage .
It should be taken to consideration the hygiene as well as my self I get what i want takeaway as I wouldn’t be able to sit and enjoy inside your place .

Coffee very bad and poor customer service. For the price that you pay it should be a better coffee and service , don’t buy from here go next door Pret

Despite the few bad reviews, I had a very nice experience here. Embarassed to say, but that was my first time at Paul’s. And everything was just so yummy and nicely presented and everything. Probably the best lemon tart and latte I’ve ever had. Big thank you to the staff as well that were so friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

PAUL's is still my all-round favourite bakery for all my treats and celebratory cakes.
