Do not order from here. Ordered a cake for a birthday only to find hairs in the cake when cutting it. Absolutely disgusting furthermore when we called to complain about it the staff were rude over the phone and refused to accept responsibility for the fact the there was hairs inside the actual cake. As a result we have fallen sick and staff over the phken have been arguing back and forth. Never again ordering from here and definitely do not recommend..

Having been buying cakes from this bakery for years but this time i just HAD to comment.I was absolutely amazed at how wonderful this black forest cake was, one of the best cakes i have ever had. It was soo delicious and soft and made me want to eat more and more. All flavours were very evenly balanced and irresistible. Staff was so friendly, sweet and very caring. Thank you so much Pauls Bakery! Looking forward to buying another cake soon.

Hello - Just a quick note to say thank you so much for the cake yesterday. It was an 18in pink strawberry icing with picture we chose on top ordered online. The website was clear and easy to use, the cake was delivered on time at 2pm, it looked great and tasted delicious! Everyone really enjoyed it. We’ve bought cakes from Pauls whenever we have had large parties over many years, it’s always reliable, fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend.

The cake was appetizing. Not only paul's bakery exceed my expectations with the look of the cake but it tasted delectable. I experienced a excellent customer service. Overall experience with paul's bakery is 10/10. You guy's are brilliant.

To be honest, it's was an great experience to be in Paul's bakery. Since childhood I like black forest either ice cream or cool cake. I have shared a picture of that cake never taste anywhere like that nd it's very fresh nd quality is outstanding.

Amazing cake 🎂🍰 shop. Very nice prepration of all items. Amazing taste of cake 🎂🍰, so delicious 😋. Owner is also so nice. Must visit this place. I have to taste all there products.
