Doesn’t seem very welcoming. I feel for the staff, they really do not look like they’re enjoying themselves, I felt better after one of their legendary sausage rolls, but made the mistake of trying whatever it was they were passing off as coffee.

The sausage roll gets a five out of five from me, but the sad looking staff and the rubbish coffee let the side down.

It’s a shame because the staff are clearly good at their jobs, they’re efficient and helpful, just not friendly or welcoming..

At least at the Headington branch you get a smile!

Greegs is a great place for quick food coffee tea drink's sandwiches. Pies. Pizza anything you want. It's the stopping off place for hundreds of people on the way to work for there morning coffee and some breakfast. Sausage rolls are great. It's in the Cowley centre shopping center so very convenient I've been going there for years and years friendly staff and Good choice of food and drinks. Will recommend to anyone

Hi, bought two boxes of mince pies today from your shop in Templar’s Square Cowley. Just to say, in the past, I have always loved the mince pies from your bakery, however, I have put them all back in the oven as they are all under cooked, the pastry on top was nearly raw. It will not dissuade me from buying more but, it does definitely need addressing. Thank you. Suzanne (Oxford)

Amazing establishment which offers croissants, sandwiches, bakes, rolls, cold and hot drinks, muffins and much more. For students, you can show your student ID in order to get a free sausage roll or vegan roll or cheese and onion bake or a dessert, by buying a sandwich deal (sandwich + drink).

I’m a big fan of greggs and this shop in particular. Every time I visit the store the staff are nice and friendly, always going the extra mile to make sure my shopping experience is great. They always do their best to raise money for children in need and last time I was there I’ve noticed they’ve won an award for being the best in the company to raise money for charitable causes. I’m really impressed with the energy these ladies put into everything so I will continue to visit when I’m in the area.

Went in to grab some lunch. Was barely acknowledged by the guy serving, and ignored me asking for a cappucino to go with my sandwich twice.

Went in again after a couple of months to grab a coffee and a sausage bap. Was given a bacon bap instead with no explanation.

The staff here do not listen to their customers.

You lost a good customer yesterday lunchtime by letting someone push to the front of the que and hand you cash, it’s supposed to be a business you should have told him other people were waiting, if he didn’t like it that’s his problem.
