Wenzel's the Bakers

I've ordered through Uber Eats: Firstly the baguette is cold and should have been warm, then I ordered the cookies which should have been two of them just like other shops have sent me, they only sent me one. When I called back she said there was nothing wrong and that they cost 99p, which basically means she overprized me. She did not do anything to solve the issue and did not know what to say when I told her every other Wenzel's has given 2 cookies with the same order.

Really dissapointed and not definately comning back nor recommend it.

I have ben coming to this wenzels for some years now and the quality of food and service i receive seems to amaze me always. Specially Diana & Lenuta. They always go extra mile to deliver the best service. if the management is reading this just know they are the backbone of this shop.

The place never opens up on time, and when do open at 6:30 nothing is ready so everything is open at 7 basically. This is what happens when you let women control and run a store.

The girls from Wealdstone are very nice special Ana Maria and Diana the manager, they are very positive and always there for help us, they are professional i like the atmosfer from this shop! Good job girls keep doing like that!

I have been a Wenzels customer for a long time and I must say this branch is exceptional! The food is always nice and there is always a fun and friendly environment in the store. The staff are very professional, friendly and also have excellent customer service skills. Diana, Lenuta, Alexandra and the rest of the team are incredible!! Cannot fault them at all!! Brilliant! 15 out of 10!!!

Continued to open all through the virus, thanks staff. Opens at 7am. Fresh produce delivered around 5am. Good value . Also has a loyalty card. If you can't make breakfast you can get a quick bite on the way to work. Please don't eat it on the bus or train.
