Fast service n very reasonably priced. Decent variety in coffee as well as in quick bites.

I never get a friendly smile or a nice welcome and the staff don't seem to care much.
The doughnuts and pizza are nice so I will go there only when necessary.

What can you say about greggs, you know what you're getting

I can only base this on my few visits during lunch time.. always have plenty choices available.

The sweetest lady works there! Thank you for being so helpful and kind! I couldn’t choose which donut I wanted today and she was just the sweetest, and the best service. Now Greggs is a no brainier compared to Pret.

This branch of Gregg's is always very busy with a queue to the door. However, the eating area always looks shabby. It's a shame as it doesn't take 5 minutes to wipe tables and sweep the floor.

Not so great really depressing felt uncomfortable. And people stole food as well while eating in there. Management did nothing.

This morning experience. The table was dirty was so my husband asked for tissue paper to clean it. Lady said they don't give tissue paper.
We ordered butter croissant. We requested to warm it up. Lady said we only warm chocolate croissant and donuts and not butter croissant.
I will not even give one star for customer service. This one star for the food we ate.
Seems like they don't customers to come again in their shop. Well done. You achieved that

Good warm pies but the size is smaller unlike before good portions but still good tasty and nice place
