Very hostile staff who made me feel unwelcome and behaved as if my visit was a hassle and not part of their job. Very unhelpful and treated my food food purchases very roughly and unprofessionally.

No stock. Slow service and don't know its not a cappuccino without chocolate sprinkles. Staff are to busy morning at each other to bother with the customers.

Value for money, shame the pasties are not always hot especially when it's cold weather. Visited this shop few times never have the mince pies in stock!

Customer service here is absolutely faultless. The staff are so warm and friendly and really go out of their way to help you. I was told there was an 8 minute wait for one of the bakes so I said o would wait in the car and come back, 8 minutes later a lovely gentleman dropped it off to my car. I have another Greggs store that is a little closer but will always come to this one for the customer service and great food. Their sandwiches and baguettes are also really generously filled and delicious!!
