Popped in for a coffee and a sandwich as I was feeling too lazy to walk to Costa. So glad I did, it's better! Latte was beautiful and the lady that served me was friendly and approachable. Will be there all the time now. 👌Can't wait to try all the French treats!

Stopped by this morning for some coffee, pastries and bread. Lovely little place, we enjoyed all the drinks we had and the baked goods as well. Service was quick and courteous, couldn't ask for more

Stingy with the hot chocolate and it costs a fortune and their not putting enough hot chocolate in it and rude staff wouldn't even give one star.

I thought it took a while to get served but when the coffee arrived it was perfect. Worth the wait.

We asked for two simple coffees, but if you have allergy problems, I would suggest you watch while they make your coffee or don't get your coffee here; we have alternatives now in Blackheath.
They may try to make it with normal milk; once I warned them, they gave me oat milk, but still, I tasted normal milk from my coffee and put it in the bin...

I was quite excited when I saw this place and got 2 baguettes straight away, hoping for some actual french baguettes.
Unfortunately, they were stale.
Maybe if you get there early enough you'll find some fresh ones, but the fact they are selling stale baguettes in the first place was disappointing.

The quality of the croissants has been very varied recently, with the majority of them poor. A croissant should be well-baked and flaky on the outside, with only the very middle being soft. Eight out of ten that I’ve bought in the last 2 months have been all soft and a bit cardboardy. There were a few weeks, I think in May/June, when they were perfect. So it’s a question of the individual mixing and baking them. Can Jade please be more perfectionist in checking the quality of the viennoiserie that you are selling?
