Like seriously why serve a stone cold cheese and onion pastry. Greggs needs to up thier game lately they have been slacking with thier food

Staff here at this Gregg's do an amazing job customer service was spot on for me when I visited . And wanted to give a special mention to aldona what great friendly and efficient service with a warm smile . I would definitely recommend the ham and cheese toasties .

Warm vegan sausage roll at a great price and served very quickly. Staff were friendly and attentive and it made me smile so you get the full 5 stars! Small store but packs a lot in

Gotta love a Greggs. I like the Quorn ham and vegan cheese baguette but they run out quickly. Also had problems with them not wanting me to use the Greggs app. I'd also like it if they sold potato wedges like many other Greggs do.

Greg's need to provide there staff coffee to wake them up I asked the young lady 3 times what I wanted to get home to the wrong order never going Greggs again cause of that

Won’t spend another penny at greggs or justeat. All the bakes were stone cold and I’m literally 5 mins by car from this greggs. The sausage roll looks completely raw.. pale white doughy pastry and stone cold mushy centre.

They need to lower minimum wage because apparently using an oven is a skilled job

I went to Greggs on the 29th of January at 10.40 AM I was served by a young man who seemed quite miserable and sadly to say not very bothered about myself as customer whom he was serving, nor did he provide good customer service. I have visited previously and there was lovely girl called Tina and Alex who provided EXCELLENT customer service. This young man needs to learn good customer service. Some training will be beneficial to his employment at Greggs or any other employment.

The food is OK, but not great. Staff friendly and polite, except 1 staff member who never says please or thank you and throws change back on the display top on a regular basis. This woman would benefit from some training as I feel she's not cut out for public interaction just yet.
