Wenzel`s the Bakers

So happy Wenzl's has opened up here.

I often change from the mainline to the underground at Kentish and pop out to get something to eat/drink and I love thr Wenzl's I have visited at other locations.

The current deal of any hot drink for 99p is excellent.

Wenzels is amazing, a great addition to the high street. Great range of vegan snacks and donuts

Usually I do like this Wenzels, and the food is nice. but oh my gosh the customer service today was absolutely awful - the lady serving seemed very rude and was casually chatting to her coworkers whilst I was standing like an idiot waiting to pay and then whilst waiting for my change. Not a single smile on her face and not even a thank you/ you’re welcome from her 🥲

Return of the wenzel Mac
Wow what a difference a day makes. A year after the pandemic I came by to visit my old friends in my local store to find out that their nolonger at this branch. But the new staff have just been outstanding with their food service while keeping the high standards that we've been appreciating at wenzels Kentish town over the years. And my many thanks to joining the wenzels family Iulia, Shuba and Farhana for wonderful and outstanding service and homely birthday wishes.
Thank you guys keep up the great work.

July 2021 review
This opened in the middle of the pandemic and have outdone themselves. As the staff shown to always have welcoming smiles with great baked snacks and meals everyday of the week without fail. In the short time I've been there they welcomed me as a long term friend instead just another pass away customer. Plus they supports the food 2 go app, so if you're in Kentish town try something new, you can't go wrong. When you do go if you see Ana, Klara or Yemi tell them "Leon says hi" and watch them light up as I cannot thank them for their outstanding service and friendship while making this year my birthday to remember.

Time to time I’m in Kentish Town area because of my work and a few times I’ve visited this Wenzel’s branch in the past. My last visit was last Wednesday. It seems the shop management has recently changed because I’ve never seen any of those staff on duty before. To be honest shop looks much more better than my previous visits. The guy who served me was very friendly, talkative and professional. It seemed to me he was in a training session with his manager. Thanks to Wenzel’s for hiring those kind of friendly people.

I started getting my lunch at Wenzels a while ago early in the morning. Then all of a sudden there were no sandwiches available to buy, very disappointing because I only get 30 minutes for lunch and cannot get to Wenzel and back. Recently Safak began working at Wenzels. A very helpful friendly guy and suddenly I can buy food at 7:30am along with all the other customers. It may seem a small thing but it isn't so thank you Safak for realising that when you open food should be available for purchase. Thank you also to all the people who work behind the scenes at Wenzel, your sandwiches are very nice.

The bakery is fresh and delicious and the manager couldn’t have been nicer!

Ordered baguette from wenzels in kentish town they literally sent me a baguette thats out been left at the back for 3 weeks which the cucumber was changed colour and the white bread was expired
