12 year old Son bought 2 pizzas from the warmer - brought them direct to me as I was in vision express. Pizzas stone cold. Went back and asked them to warm them - refused outright. Refused to swap or refund. Disgraceful. Went to Bob & Berts instead where there was hot food and amazing service.

Staff in Westmorland centre Greggs are lovely. Bacon butties always spot on and loving the sticky toffee muffins at the moment
